Jeanette
Wormald has performed at leading festival,
music and tourism events around Australia.
Audiences warm to her powerful stage presence, earthy
humour and evocative songs.
Her music is perfect for prestige events, dinners or corporate
occasions.
She is joined by some of SA’s most respected musicians
and her band features guitars, mandolin, violin, bass
and harmonies.
SEMINARS/MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING:
Jeanette has extensive experience as a motivational speaker
at seminars across regional Australia. She believes in
the power of positive thinking. A patron of the Riverland
Domestic Violence Action Group, she speaks on issues such
as overcoming adversity, life as a rural woman and her
own story of overcoming domestic violence. She combines
her story with songs inspired by her life journey.
WORKSHOPS:
Jeanette is also able to present song writing, singing
and bush dancing workshops. She has worked widely with
primary and secondary school students and has experience
as a Contemporary Music Pathways tutor.
Jeanette has also worked extensively with Aboriginal communities
in SA, helping them to celebrate culture and indigenous
language through song writing and performance workshops.
She acts as a management consultant to Anangu band The
Desert Oaks from Oak Valley, organising gigs and performance
opportunities on their behalf.

Sound:
PA and lighting can be supplied. This is suitable for
small indoor venues such as sports clubs and small town
halls and theatres. We do have contacts for sound engineers
and PA’s for larger venues and outdoor events.
Stage requirements:
4 x 4 metre stage area.
A 3 x 4 metre canvas backdrop to be hung.
Publicity:
DVD and TV footage, colour and black and white photographs,
A3 posters and bio material available. Flyers by arrangement.
